Add new tenancy to inventory template

Adding a tenancy to an inventory is simply acting as a folder to hold reports for that particular tenancy.

From the , click the actions button and select "View/Add Tenancy".

Click the add new button on the top right.

Insert the tenancy start date, optionally an end date, and then the names of the tenants and their email.

Only one tenant name is required even if there are multiple.

The names entered here will add signature boxes to the PDF report for each name.

When sending for signature, we recommend only having one name to make signing simpler.

Edit tenancy

From the actions button of the tenancy list, click on edit and make necessary changes.

inventory list
