If, after purchase, the number of credits you should have is not shown, try refreshing the browser. If that doesn't work, try logging out and back in again to the Builder. To log out, click the small arrow in the very top right of any page.
Viewing Credit Balance
The number of credits you have available is shown on the dashboard.
If your credit activity looks a little strange, we had a little trouble when allocating the initial free credits! Don't worry, it should be correct but if you think the number of credits allocated is wrong, please get in touch.
